NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WOODLANDS TOWNSHIP AND TO ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors will hold a Special Board Meeting on Thursday, February 18, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., at the office of The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Blvd, The Woodlands, Texas, within the boundaries of The Woodlands Township, for the following purposes:

1. Invocation / Pledge of Allegiance;

2. Call meeting to order;

3. Receive, consider and act upon adoption of the meeting agenda;

4. Recognize public officials;

2. REGULAR AGENDA

6. Receive, consider and act upon a presentation by The Woodlands Development Company on 2016 projects (as requested by Director Snyder);

7. Receive, consider and act upon matters regarding the Town Center Trolley/Shuttle Service;

8. Receive, consider and act upon matters regarding the Parking Garage/Transportation Center project;

9. Receive, consider and act upon matters regarding a Request for Proposal (RFP) for development of a Cultural Arts Feasibility Study;

CLOSED MEETING (if applicable)

15. Recess to Executive Session to discuss matters relating to real property pursuant to §551.072, Texas Government Code; deliberation of economic development negotiations pursuant to §551.087, Texas Government Code; discuss personnel matters pursuant to §551.074, Texas Government Code; and to consult with The Woodlands Township's attorney pursuant to §551.071, Texas Government Code;

10. Receive, consider and act upon matters regarding development of a preliminary master plan for the 11.6 acres of Township-owned property located on Grogan's Mill Road;

11. Receive, consider and act upon The Woodlands Convention and Visitors Bureau issues and initiatives for 2016 as related to:

a. Review of The Woodlands Convention and Visitors Bureau 2016 Operations and Marketing Plan;

b. Review of The Woodlands Convention and Visitors Bureau's initiatives regarding the Waterway Cruisers;

c. Receive, consider and act upon potential recreational opportunities on the upper Waterway (as requested by Director Bunch);
