NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC MEETING

TO:	THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WOODLANDS TOWNSHIP, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WOODLANDS TOWNSHIP ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ZONE, AND TO ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:

Notice is hereby given that the Boards of Directors of The Woodlands Township (the "Township") and The Woodlands Township Economic Development Zone (the "EDZ") will hold a joint Special Board Meeting on November 16, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., at the office of The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Blvd, The Woodlands, Texas, within the boundaries of the Township and the EDZ, for the following purposes:

STANDARD ITEMS

Invocation / Pledge of Allegiance;

Call meeting to order;

Receive, consider and act upon adoption of the meeting agenda;

Recognize public officials;

Public comment;

REGULAR AGENDA (Joint Session)

Recess the regular meeting of the Boards of Directors;

Convene and conduct a Public Hearing regarding proposed amendments to the preliminary project plan and preliminary financing plan for the EDZ; Click to View

Reconvene the regular meeting of the Boards of Directors;

REGULAR AGENDA (Township)

Receive, consider and act upon Resolution 019-22 Approving an Amendment to the Preliminary Project Plan and Preliminary Financing Plan of the EDZ;

Receive, consider and act upon an Economic Development Agreement by and among the Township, the EDZ, and The Woodlands Mall Associates, L.L.C.;

Receive, consider and act upon Resolution 020-22 Adopting an Amended Preliminary Project Plan and Preliminary Financing Plan of the EDZ;

12.

Receive, consider and act upon an Economic Development Agreement by and among the Township, the EDZ, and The Woodlands Mall Associates, L.L.C.;

Recess to Executive Session to discuss matters relating to real property pursuant to §551.072, Texas Government Code; deliberation of economic development negotiations pursuant to §551.087, Texas Government Code; discuss personnel matters pursuant to §551.074, Texas Government Code; discuss IT network or critical infrastructure security pursuant to §551.089, Texas Government Code; and to consult with the Township’s and/or the EDZ's attorney pursuant to §551.071;
